Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Payment posting is running to warning with the below error.

Inter/IntraUnit Setup not found when trying to create balancing row(s)" Message

Steps:

Created a new GL BU and assigned it to an existing AP BU.
The Old GL BU had InterUnit Template but for the new GL BU we dont what any InterUnit.
When AP payments are posting we are getting the below error

Inter/IntraUnit Setup not found when trying to create balancing row(s)" Message

Referred Oracle Doc : (Doc ID 2574984.1) but did not resolve this issue.

Any solution.
