We pulled down the MECC enhancement for voucher reassignment from PUM 52:
Solution
The Match Exceptions Mass Assignment Enhancement was released through below Defect in PUM Image 52. Please use the Match Exceptions Mass Assignment fluid page(Payables Operation Homepage > Match Mass Assignment Tile) to reassign multiple exceptions from one user to another.
