Peoplesoft journal upload error

We have a few users who are trying to upload journals with journal upload tool but they are not able, they are getting a macro error below when opening

Cannot run macro 'JRNL1_WS.xlsm!Rectangle2_click;,The macro many not be available in this workbook or all macros may be disabled. If any own has ran into this before or know how to solve it, please share. Thank you
