RMAN backup will trigger everyday at 8PM IST and too many archives are generating and not consistent

Hi,

I am currently working on server of 64-bit windows version:12.1.0.2.0

RMAN backup as been scheduled everyday at 8PM IST but archives are keep on generating every minute and it's not consistent.

Archive deletion policy also has been set, but still archives are not deleting as per the retention policy,Kindly suggest.
