How to charge two different TDS on a single Invoice

Hi,

Seeking answer for the below situation,

Lets say one vender is providing transport service and our company also taken his building in rent. So my question is if I have to pay 100000 INR for Rent and 100000 INR for Transport service In a single Invoice. Is it possible as there is 2% of TDS charge on transport service and 10% tds charge on Rent.
