How to start all listeners for Database Gateway for SQL Server 19c

I configured 3 listeners when installing Oracle Database Gateway for SQL Server (19c) on a server, but only one is allowed to be selected start with in installation process, after installation, the only one listener service is available in services list.

How to start the other two listeners service? Are multiple listeners are supported for gateway on a server? Thanks
