Where do I get the information on bugs fixed or improvements made in ODAC xcopy releases.

Hi Team,

We are currently using ODAC xcopy 19.3 on the windows application server which uses connection pooling to make connections to the Oracle database. The Oracle database is on 19.20.0.0 release. One of our client has deployed the latest version of ODAC 19.24 and were able to determine that most of their performance issue related to resource ( CPU, RAM) consumption on the windows application server got resolved. I'm looking for documentation or Oracle support article ID which would describe all the fixes done on the all the releases of ODAC xcopy for 19c.
