How can we set a default organization and location at the header level of India Tax Details in AP.

We are facing below error and wanted to set default these things

Error- Unexpected Error Occurred During Tax Calculation. .Exception: Inventory Organization And Location Are Required By Some Of Taxes." While Validating A Manual Payables Invoice. (Doc ID 3029369.1)
