How to enable Breadcrumbs in classic PT 8.60.19

How to enable Breadcrumbs in PT 8.60.19. I am not finding the navigation in classic PT Page.

I gave " Secure Branding Administrator " to super user but could not able to identify which LAYOUT ID i should choose and what i should update in it.
