Journal generator and interunit journals for external system

Hi!!

I am working on external interface to PSFT GL and using journal generator (FS_JGEN) to create journals. I have data with multiple line level business units and want to create one journal at anchor BU but with options given on accounting entry template are only for application BU and GL business unit to create one journal. If i use application BU or GL BU option then each BU creates separate journal any any combination of business unit. Anybody able to generate single journal with Business UNIT IU and multiple line BUs?
