Ensure Original Values Of "Organization Name","Xellerate Type" And "Role" Are Not Overwritten in OIM

Identity Manager - Version 12.2.1.4.0 

On trusted reconciliation original values set for "Organization Name", "Xellerate Type" and "Role" attributes for users at OIM user level are getting overwritten by default values of "Xellerate Users",  "End-User" and "Full-Time" respectively

Tried using workaround mentioned in this Doc https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?_afrLoop=61086695148110&id=2658945.1&_afrWindowMode=0&_adf.ctrl-state=2qrub1ybe_419

Getting the following error

Attribute [Organization Name] not found in Connector Object

Attribute [Xellerate Type] not found in Connector Object

Attribute [Role] not found in Connector Object

Please let me know any other workaround to achieve this
