ESSO application rejected tasks

Good morning everyone,

In our organization we carried out a process of automatic updates on the servers where the ESSO application services are installed (Oracle Enterprise Single Sign-On (ESSO) Suite Plus 11.1.2.3.1), once these updates were completed, the tests were executed showing the following error:

Caused by: com.passlogix.vgo.pm.exceptions.PMCLIException: com.passlogix.vgo.pm.exceptions.ProvisioningInstructionException: Unable to acquire the crypto context.

This error is evidenced when the following tasks are executed and remain in rejected state:

  • Passlogix Add Credential
  • Passlogix Change Password

This error causes users to be unable to observe their templates in ESSO - LM:
