Voucher not available to close

Hello,

We are on PeopleSoft 9.2. User is trying to close liability on a voucher which has a payment hold. However, voucher is not available to be selected in the voucher close page (Accounts Payable> Vouchers> Add/Update > Close voucher). Voucher has an accounting date of Nov 2024 and was initially paid (payment date Nov 2024). Subsequently, payment was voided/cancelled and re-issued. The voucher is posted and the current payment schedule is not selected for payment. Per PeopleBooks, for closing, voucher should be posted and not selected for payment. So, why is the voucher not available for closing even though close
