Are there plans to increase the field size for RT_RATE_TBL.rate_mult and RT_RATE_TBL.rate_div?

Currently the field size for RT_RATE_TBL.rate_mult and RT_RATE_TBL.rate_div is Nm7.8. Are there any plans to increase this to say Nm10.8?
