When using link a in message is there a way to make the target default “New Window”.

Users forget to set the target. And so the default value target is “<not set>”. And when that happens an error is thrown by the browser.

Users send many announcements to our 37k employee’s . So it's very visible to upper management and employees.

Side note : it would be great if they had a preview feature.
