BIJOBP03 - Proforma Creation job is not getting submitted

After Upgrading to 52PUM and 8.61 PeopleTools, We are facing issue while clicking on the Proforma Button in Standard Billing page.

Menu → Billing → Maintain Bills → Standard Billing → Select Billing with Ready Status → Go to Proforma Button and click → Then page will rotate and user will kicked out from the PIA.

Later if you login Job in the process monitor looks empty and queued status with not showing the subsiquent child Processes. Job Defn and Process defn looks good and Job set Report also looking correct at the setup level. Report Node - PSUNX looks correct and working.

Upon troubleshooting, can see,Control is going till the point of &BiRqst.Schedule(); and it is seems to be getting failed with schedule() command
