I have to error in Oracle EBS: ORA-1017 & FRM: 41352-Failed to create a new session

I did a cloning process from my production environment to my test environment but now when I open any form I receive to errors:
ORA-1017: Invalid username/password; logon denied
FRM: 41352-Failed to create a new session
