From a very high perspective, how do you certificate a given Oracle product versus Oracle Cloud Infrastructure ?

Suppose you have a given set of Oracle Products and versions, all on prem, and you'd want to validate if each separately is certified Cloud wise. I'm not worried on Database, that part is quite clear, but other big sets of Products like SSO (Single Sign-On).

Some products have Cloud forums dedicated to cloud usage per product (like: EBS on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure), but not all.
