Please suggest how to move the photos stored as Blob field of a record to a file and use it to display on page?

How to fetch the images stored in file through a record field(with a link to it's storage path)?

Actually, our Campus DB keeps on increasing as photos are stored as blob fields in record , so Kindly suggest to overcome this issue.
