Peoplesoft PIA Pivot Grid Configuration error message

Hi all, I get this error message after having setup a simple pivot grid from a very simple query, and I cannot use pivot grid as I wished.

(No Msg) : ExecuteForChart. (268,1115) PT_PGPACKAGE.PT_PGInformation.OnExecute  Name:ExecuteChart  PCPC:109195  Statement:1798
