After April 2025 PSU materialized view refresh failing which connects to SQL Server using dg4odbc.

Hello,

After April 2025, PSU materialized view refresh fails, which connects to SQL Server using dg4odbc.

Even the SELECT statement used to create the materialized view fails when executed directly, returning the following error:

ORA-00001: unique constraint (%s.%s) violated
ORA-02063: preceding line from OAIR_DBLINK

=========================================

Has anything changed for dg4odbc in April 2025 PSU?
