Reviewing the Final Audits -> PeopleTool upgrade from 8.60 to 61

Hello Team,

I am doing PeopleTool upgrade from 8.60.19 to 8.61.10.

At the final step which is Reviewing the Final Audits.

The doc say to Review the Alter Audit output and correct any discrepancies noted by running the generated scripts with your platform-specific SQL tool. The script names are:
fnlaltaud_alttbl.sql

fnlaltaud_crtidx.sql

My question is little bit of confusion I have.

Shall i run the above two sql through sql developer or ignore it.

what if i ignore and do not run the above two sql. what harm it will bring to my PeopleTool Upgrade.
