Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. We have requirement for enabling budgetary control for Standalone AP invoicing. Is that possible Without using encumbrance?

If Encumbrance is a must for this, what all encumbrance are setups required to enable budgetary control in AP Invoicing.
