Delivered SEPA_CT_03 structure does not match that provided by bank

Hello,

There are European banks using SEPA layouts. However the peoplesoft delivered SEPA_CT_03 and sample shared by bank does not match so we cannot use the delivered as it is.

Is this any way to configure the delivered SEPA_CT

_03 so tags can be added or removed to match the bank accepted format. Both delivered SEPA_CT_03 and sample shared by bank is attached.
