Can anyone help me to develop a query to find the BOM setup of Items across organization along with date.

Parent Item - Organization - BOM of that Item (Items present under the BOM of Parent Item including the Alternate as well) - Common BOM Org. associated with it (If Possible) - Date on which it was setup (If Possible)
