How to Install and Use Fiddler for Web Traffic Debugging

Fiddler is a web-debugging tool which monitors, inspects, edits, and logs all the internet traffic (HTTP or HTTPS) between a host and a webserver which is useful for debugging purpose. It can be used on any Internet Browser and for most operating systems. This new KM document explains how to install and use Fiddler to assist Oracle #EBS Support with performance issues.
