PSARCHIVE - Data Archive Manager AE Process

We are currently in the process of archiving a portion of the data from the SF_ACCTG_LN record. We would like to understand whether it is considered better practice to schedule this process or to trigger the AE (Application Engine) process manually.

Additionally, as part of our archiving strategy, we may need to enable reporting and querying from the historical tables. Therefore, we are seeking guidance on how to identify any existing nVision layouts, reports, or queries that reference the SF_ACCTG_LN record.
