Can an Organization have multiple Locations in Oracle EBS r12.2.10?

Hello,

We have a need to add multiple locations under one Org. It appears that Oracle does not allow this using standard Organizations»description form shown below. I would like to think that this is a common business need for organizations and multiple locations should be allowed under each Org.

Please advise if this is possible and how? Or, if not possible, then why?
