Any troubleshooting ideas for 1 user who does not get emails from workflow mailer

She is the only user that is not receiving WF email messages but she does receive workflow notifications within ORacle EBS. We have run SQL update scripts on both the wf_local_roles table and the fnd_user_preferences.
