Peoplesoft Load balancer question

This is our setup. We have all the ports opened.

On web1 and web2, i updated cookie-name to be same. Both web1 and web2 point to same DB.

Added authentication domain

In Webprofile - What exactly will go in Virtual Addressing - Default Address. Do i add web1.com or load.com. web1.com / load.com didn't help.

It is still not working, throwing "ERR_INVALID_HTTP_RESPONSE". I get this response immediately as if some configuration issue. What am i doing work. Is there a step-by-step instructions?

We are on pt86107, weblogic, fscm92, linux. Load Balancer is sitting at a data center and is on NetScalar
