Issue with PAY034 and other SQR to PDF after upgrading HR to tools 8.61.12

Upgraded to 8.61.12 and cannot get SQR to PDF to open, and was told this was a bug that would be released in 8.61.13. Anyone else having issues with PDF reports not creating a pdf. Was told it was related to this bug???

Symptoms

After upgrading to PeopleTools 8.61 below error found in the appserver log file - APPSRV_MM.LOG

Error: GetWebProfileCustPropVal have different webprofile for same public URL: value sHostName

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:1. Login to PIA.2. Access the application page and review app server log for the error.
