How to delete a Reclassification of an Asset

Hi,

1) We are currently in need of re-opening a previously closed period in the Oracle Assets module Corporate book to facilitate crucial adjustments.

2) However, it has been observed that certain assets were added during the current open period.

3) In the process of attempting to delete these recently added assets to enable the reopening of the previous period, it was identified that one asset has undergone a reclassification within the current open period. This reclassified asset, along with its corresponding accounting entries is not getting deleted thereby obstructing the reopening of the prior period.

4) Please note that we are looking to fully reverse the reclassification alongwith its distributions and accountings (NOT just reclassify it back to the original category).
