URGENT: Fixed Assets Processing Halted Due to Period Closure and Pending Transactions

Hello,

Need your URGENT support to resolve this issue at the earliest.

Issue Summary with Timeline:

  1. The user tried to retire an Asset, but due to some issue it resulted in pending retirement. Even it was not getting re-instated.
  2. The user later executed the “Periodic Mass Copy” and “Gain and Loss” programs that resulted in an error due to that pending retirement.
  3. Later, the user closed the period i.e. FEB-24 inadvertently. Because of this, the Fixed Assets (FA) process has come to a stop.
  4. The system can’t move forward since the programs are showing errors and the related period is still closed.
