Peoplesoft Attachments Issues

Most of the users are complaining about attachments. When they try to attach, it spins and kicks the users out. It is sporadic. All our attachments are stored in database and one process is saving them to file-system. It is the same in both cases.

We tried it in Edge and Chrome. At that point only work around is to clean cache / wait and try it later / use Edge in IE mode

PT 8.61.07, FSCM 9.2 PI 41, AIX now and soon moving to Linux

Any ideas?
