Access policies harvesting

Could someone please advice on the "Harvesting feature" of Access Policies in OIM 12c?

The following steps are defined in the document to enable AP Harvesting feature, however we don not see Account Discriminator flag in the IT Resource as a property, nor a visible way to link IT Resource with the access policy definition.

Do these settings become available as a property for entry once step (1) is performed and system is rebooted?

(1) Set the following system properties to TRUE
-XL.AllowAPHarvesting
-XL.ALlowAPBasedMultipleAccountProvisioning
(2) set the Retroit FLag to true while creating a Access Policy to be harvested
(3) Set the IT resource Field or any other attribute as Account Discriminator set to TRUE for the Target IT Resource
