Proxy addition error

When trying to add a proxy in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) 12.2.1.4.0, I get the following errors:

IAM-3057001: An exception occurred while validating add proxy operation and

oracle.bpel.services.workflow.query.ejb.TaskQueryService_oz1ipg_HomeImpl_12214_WLStub cannot be cast to oracle.bpel.services.workflow.query.ejb.TaskQueryServiceRemoteHome

I have already reviewed the settings and found no problems
