Tax category default through Supplier(Third Party)

Hi,

Now we are selecting the tax category for purchase orders by manually. Our enduser require to default the tax category through suppliers automatically instead of manual select. It will help them to avoid to select the wrong tax category in purchase orders. Please guide us regarding this.
