Not able to generate dunning letters

Hi Bharat

Version: 12.2.9

As per business requirement ,I have done required setups and submitted program: IEX: Send Dunnings for Delinquent Customers and hit child programs

Collections Child Send Dunning Process (IEX: Child Send Dunning for Delinquent Customers)

Oracle Collections Delivery XML Process (IEX: Bulk XML Delivery Manager)

Below are outputs

Output for IEX: Send Dunnings for Delinquent Customers

Oracle Collections Delivery XML Process (IEX: Bulk XML Delivery Manager) - No output generated for above customer. Attaching the log files.

Please check and let us know why not generated dunning letters.

Business wants to create a new program to generate the dunning letters instead of using standard one and send it to the customer.
