Peoplesoft Tuxedo opatch error

We are trying to patch tuxedo using opatch and it just keeps giving us 255 error

Some path variable is missing..

We added

ORACLE_HOME - where we installed tuxedo

TUXDIR - ORACLE_HOME/tuxedo folder

JAVA_HOME - Will this be JRE or JDK ?

Updated PATH with all these variables. Still no luck

We are on Tuxedo 22.1 and wanted to apply latest RP. Our HW is on RHEL 9

Any ideas?
