Accounting Entry template for Escheatment

We currently have the Accounting Entry template configured with SHARE for the SetID related to the Escheatment Liability. However, a specific Business Unit requires different Chartfields than those used under SHARE. Is it possible to set up individual Business Units in the Accounting Entry template alongside the existing SHARE configuration?
