Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. TLDR: any risks associating with purging very old PS_HR_ACCTG_LINE, PS_HR_ACCTG_LN_TMP

It appears that after Journal Generator is run on PS_HR_ACCTG_LINE entries, PS_HR_ACCTG_LINE isn't referenced anywhere (PeopleCode, Application Designer)
We have a huge number of very old rows in that table
