I see this issue being mentioned in the Campus Solution MOSC community

We are seeing this issue after upgrading HRMS 9.2 and Portal 9.1 from 8.59.11 to 8.61.11.

The delivered message Catalog Page shows this behavior and there are other custom and delivered pages that shows this. However I do not see any solution that we can use for our custom pages.

Something must have changed in 8.59 and 8.60 and higher that is showing this behavior and interesting issue was fixed with PUM Patch instead of tools patch. This indicates to me that Users will need to update Page Field Static Text class to something other than PAPAGETITLE to resolve the issue.
