PeopleSoft CS 9.2 - Cybersource switch from userid and password auth to P12 auth anyone done this?

We are using PeopleSoft CS 9.2 and have an integration with Cybersource for credit card transactions. Cybersource are switching from userid and password authentication to P12 authentication on August 13th 2025. We followed a white paper issued in 2010 to set up the API with IB transforming the delivered SCC_EPAY_SYNC message and using SOAP created an App Package to wrap the message in a SOAP header with the security setup for userid and password hard coded. Has anyone upgraded to P12 authentication using a similar method? We are assuming we code the new SOAP header to include the certificate as
