PeopleSoft migration to SSL

Hello! I work in an organization that for a myraid of reasons uses a setup for PeopleSoft (Financials 9.2, Tools 8.61) that is http or non-ssl at this point, and we are being tasked with moving the application to http/ssl. Again, long story.

Question: Is there a some type of playbook or step-by-step resource anywhere which we can utilize for this transition?
