Clarification Required on Advisory Budget Fund Inquiry Behavior
Hi Team,
I have a few doubts regarding the behavior of the Advisory Budget in the system.
I created a Yearly Budget and assigned a budget amount of ₹100 for the month of April. While checking the Fund Inquiry screen for April and May, the encumbrance is showing as zero—which makes sense, as no PO was created in April.
However, I created a PO in June for ₹608 and another PO in July for ₹500. I did not create any PO for August, yet the system is showing an encumbrance of ₹500 for August and the same value is also reflected in the remaining months. This seems incorrect.
