R12.1.3 Create Contact at customer Bill-To site level
I have a few questions:
- When I click on (…) button it takes me to the Account level communication tab of the customer (not the Bill-To) and also the create contact button is missing. How do i enable contact creation by clicking this button so we can give collectors access to create contact without giving them complete customer maintenance access.
- We have collections setup at Bill-To level. Thus we converted contact at the site level. But we noticed that when we click on Action > Collection Contact, it creates a relationship between the Organization (Customer name and Contact) at the Account level and not at the Bill-To level. Shouldn't this be also at the Bill-To site level?
