Budget Journal Import template file

Hello,

We are looking for assistance with importing Budget Journals into PeopleSoft. We are familiar with using the Journal Upload tool for General Ledger journals (JRNL1_WS), but we have not previously used the budget journal import process.

Due to recent department changes, we need to create a budget journal containing over 1,000 lines, and manual entry is not feasible.

Could someone please share:

1. The Excel template used to upload budget journals (e.g., BUDGET_JRNL1_WS.xlsm or equivalent)?
2. Any documentation or steps for loading budget journals via Excel-to-CI or other recommended tools?
3. Required fields or dependencies we should be aware of (e.g., Budget Entry Types, Ledger Groups, ChartFields)?
