Allocation Journals in Error

PSFT Release 9.2 Img 46.

We have a user that created a new allocation group along with new allocation steps in our lower environment.

However a few of the journal entries that have been generated from this process keeps going to error with the same error message —

"Foreign amount and monetary amount are of different signs." (58560,38)

The journal lines that are in error, they appear to be multi currency and the Exchange Rate isn't calculating the way it should be.

For example, for Currency EUR to Base Currency USD the Exchange Rate is 1.00. This is the case for a number of other Currencies to Base Currency USD in the journal lines.
