Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. What all can cause nothing to open when hitting open documents?

We have a user that cannot open pdf's when hitting the open document button. I am looking for possible solutions of why this would happen.
