'IEX: Enable Work Queue Statuses' does not work uniformly across different nodes
Why does the sub node counts functionality under each Node work differenlty? Screenshot attached.
How can we get them all to work the same.
We have collections set up at Bill-To, additionally we are using Parent Group Functionality (Doc ID 2211770.1) which works at Customer level and finally have the option to see indifvidual transactions at Delinquency level.
Thus we have data populated across Delinquent Customer, Delinquent Bill-To and Delinquent Transaction nodes. When we set IEX: Enable Work Queue Statuses = Yes. We see Active, Pending and Completed sub-nodes under each node. But each node is working differently.
For example:
Delinquent Customer node: For all three sub nodes Active, Pending and Completed count shows the same count as the Parent Delinquent Customer node. Note we did not mark any customers as Active, Pending or Completed. Yet they all sub nodes show count of 26.
